The PRONTO Project Costing Management module will not only assist with the cost management of projects and jobs in which your organisation may be involved, but will also play an integral role in the management and planning of projects. It can be used to ensure that requirements of the project are met in time to maintain the project scheduling.

From the time of quotation and quotation acceptance you can maintain comparisons of quoted and actual values, will predict potential difficulties in meeting obligations, ensuring that your projects are completed within budgeted times and costs.

Costs can be fully integrated with Payroll, Inventory, Purchase Orders, Accounts Payable and the General Ledger while revenue is integrated with Sales Orders, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger as you require.
